We investeren in productiebedrijven, bedrijven in de agro-verwerkende sector en technologie gedreven ondernemingen. Wij geloven dat door de ontwikkeling van bedrijven er groei gerealiseerd wordt voor individuen, gemeenschappen en economieën. Groei waarbij winst niet als doel wordt gezien maar als middel. Ontwikkeling met oog voor het belang van het individu en de maatschappij. Als investeringsmaatschappij willen we deze groei mogelijk maken door kapitaal beschikbaar te stellen. Wij hechten hierbij aan persoonlijke betrokkenheid en uitwisseling van kennis en ervaring.   Als oprichters van Oxano hebben we een brede expertise en ervaring in Sub Sahara Afrika op het gebied van strategie, planning, governance en rapportage.
